Delta Dental pays benefits at 80%
After you have satisfied any
Deductible requirements, Delta will provide payment
for most services at 80% up to a
Maximum of $1,000 for each Enrollee in each
calendar year. Payment for Orthodontic Benefits for
dependent children is limited to a lifetime Maximum
of $1,000.
